📋 Description

• Manage the day-to-day evolution of Marathon Health University as a connected learning ecosystem across onboarding, enterprise programs, functional learning, technology, resources, and communications • Oversee the learning portfolio and teammate experience to ensure programs and pathways are relevant, coordinated, scalable, and easy to navigate • Establish learning standards, governance, operating rhythms, and an integrated enterprise learning calendar • Partner with leaders, learning owners, and SMEs to identify capability gaps and translate business needs into learning and enablement solutions • Manage enterprise learning programs and onboarding from planning through implementation, reinforcement, and measurement • Coordinate readiness across facilitators, SMEs, learning owners, technology partners, vendors, and other contributors • Lead the learning technology ecosystem and Learning Technology Administrator • Set priorities for learner experience, platform capabilities, governance, adoption, integration, and continuous improvement • Evaluate and implement modern learning technologies, AI, automation, intelligent search, personalization, and emerging solutions • Develop and oversee Marathon Health University communications and engagement across campaigns, launches, recurring communications, and learning stories • Use teammate feedback and engagement data to improve communications, program experiences, and learner connections • Define success measures and evaluate learning effectiveness using feedback, adoption, proficiency, operational measures, and business outcomes • Develop dashboards and recommendations to inform learning priorities and improvements • Manage learning technology vendors, content providers, and external learning partners • Support enterprise change initiatives through learning, communications, adoption, and reinforcement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Education, Business, Human Resources, or related field and 5+ years of progressive experience in learning and development, program management, learning operations, learning technology, onboarding, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Demonstrated people-management experience, including setting priorities, coaching and developing others, providing feedback, and driving accountability and results • Experience managing enterprise learning programs and learning technology environments across multiple audiences or functions • Strong knowledge of modern learning approaches and technologies, including digital learning, performance support, peer/social learning, generative AI, automation, and emerging learning tools • Strong program/project management, communication, stakeholder management, vendor management, and analytical skills with experience using data to drive adoption and continuous improvement • Strong people leadership, learner-centered design, systems thinking, operational execution, and collaboration skills
