• Own complex requests and escalations, including unresponsive providers, unreconciled invoices, and stalled requests • Independently handle escalations and provide recommendations when escalating • Keep documentation, digital requests, privacy, and data export queues within standards • Work aging requests before they become client problems • Verify authorizations before data moves and maintain documentation standards • Meet HIPAA and state health record law requirements on auditable work • Deliver client projects by working with firms by phone and email • Run project inboxes, export and organize data, and review information qualifying for a case • Set up and configure new customer accounts with network partners • Build configurations tailored to clients’ qualifying codes • Diagnose platform issues and report detailed bugs to Product and Development • Advocate for client-relevant platform enhancements • Mentor junior teammates on escalation handling and compliance accuracy within the year • Work directly with law firm clients, healthcare providers, and digital network partners • Report to the Group Manager on the Fulfillment team and collaborate with a small operations group
• Independently resolved escalated matters with external parties, providers, vendors, payers, or partners, including matters involving money • Root-cause problem-solving and judgment about when to escalate issues • Comfortable using Excel for filtering, reconciling, and reviewing data • Clear written and verbal communication with clients and external partners • Experience in fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environments while maintaining accuracy • Experience in healthcare, health information management, insurance claims, or the legal industry • Familiarity with medical terminology, health record documentation, or data privacy frameworks • Process improvement or automation project experience • Experience with digital health networks or health information exchanges • Successful candidates must undergo a background check • Must complete the Plum Discovery Survey after submitting an application
