📋 Description

• Configure and support SAP HCM modules including TM, OM, and PA • Analyze business requirements and provide effective SAP HCM solutions • Manage employee master data, organizational structures, and time management processes • Implement and support payroll-related integrations with PA and TM modules • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver enhancements • Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution • Prepare functional specifications and support documentation • Collaborate with technical teams for custom developments and integrations

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM TM, OM, and PA • Good understanding of Personnel Administration actions and organizational structures • Experience in Time Management configuration, work schedules, absence/attendance management, and quota processing • Knowledge of SAP HCM integration with Payroll and SuccessFactors is an added advantage • Experience in support, implementation, or upgrade projects • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
