📋 Description

• Manage a focused set of Owl Labs’ most strategic channel partners • Identify barriers to partner productivity and engagement, develop practical remediation plans • Deliver in-person sales and technical enablement for partner readiness • Help partner sellers understand how to execute with credibility and integrity • Develop, execute, and drive joint quarterly business plans and quarterly business reviews • Capture executive buy-in across partner organizations • Organize and accelerate partner-led pipeline creation and provide visibility into pipeline health • Proactively surface stalled opportunities, execution gaps, and business risks

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in channel sales, partner account management, or indirect sales • Fluent in both French and English, both written and verbal is required; proficiency in Québécois is preferred • Ability to manage senior partner stakeholders and influence executive decision-makers • Demonstrated success building and executing joint business plans with measurable outcomes • Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into action • Comfort using CRM systems and modern tools, including AI • A proactive, self-starting, adaptable approach • A collaborative, no-ego communication style with a trusted-advisor mindset • Experience in UC, collaboration hardware, AV, or SaaS is preferred. • Travel as needed to support partner relationships (20-30%)
