📋 Description

• Manage electrical distribution accounts for performance and profitability • Anticipate customer needs and proactively address them • Identify growth opportunities through product placement and promotional opportunities • Maintain pricing changes for product categories and agreed price-change levels • Review sales, trends, and opportunities with the Data Analyst • Prepare monthly customer reporting, including fill-rate reports and shipments/tracking versus rebate goals • Process and issue quotations based on desired company results • Manage Manufacturer’s Representatives in the specified territory, including budgeting, sales versus plan, pricing strategy, customer events, and contractor engagement • Plan and participate in trade shows, conferences, customer events, and other industry events • Host customers for Cerrowire plant tours • Coordinate with Technical Sales and Innovation teams on the contractor-facing strategy • Develop and maintain customer relationships • Perform other duties assigned by the Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written and oral communication skills • Ability to work without direct supervision • Advanced computer experience with Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Windows, Word, and Power BI or similar reporting tools • Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills • Proven attention to detail • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of employees • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Electrical Distribution channel • Demonstrated trust and integrity, high ethical standards, interpersonal competence, and conflict-prevention, reduction, and resolution ability • Ability to manage multiple priorities and generate results in a fast-paced environment • Demonstrated team and leadership skills, including decision-making, analytical, team-building, and organizational skills • Ability to travel at least 60% within, and occasionally outside, the assigned territory • Preferably located in CST or EST for regular travel to locations in the East Territory • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related major • Preferred: Experience working for an electrical manufacturer, distributor, or electrical product manufacturer’s representative • Preferred: Established relationships with distributors and contractors within the territory
