📋 Description

• Sell, distribute and merchandise Mars Petcare products at retail outlets across all channels in an assigned Edmonton territory • Sell in and maintain distribution of assigned products • Present display programs to customers and suggest orders • Present and sell booking sheets to stores • Ensure products are stocked and properly displayed with store price tags • Replenish display fixtures, including Mars Petcare racks • Secure secondary space with customers for displays • Apply POS and other marketing materials where applicable • Rotate products on shelves and in backrooms to maintain quality and freshness • Maintain customer, survey and tracking data in field sales software • Manage territory coverage efficiently and effectively • Plan and organize route schedules according to the company call coverage model • Keep the ASM updated on territory activity • Maintain adequate merchandising supplies and POS materials • Follow company procedures for processing credits and cheques

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma is a minimum requirement • Ability to lift product up to 50 pounds • Ability to drive approximately 100 km daily while making sales calls • Ability to sustain repeated movement, including getting in and out of a car, bending, leaning, reaching, pushing, pulling and grasping • Sales experience would be an asset • Ability to secure the level of vehicle insurance coverage determined by Mars Canada Inc. • Valid Canadian driver’s license • Ability to work 3 days (24 hours) per week
