📋 Description

• Sell and maintain distribution of assigned products in retail outlets across all channels within a designated territory. • Present display programs to customers and suggest orders. • Present and sell promotional flyers to stores. • Ensure products are properly displayed on shelves with store price tags. • Replenish displays, including Mars Canada displays. • Collaborate with customers to secure secondary placement for display builds. • Apply point-of-sale (POS) materials and other marketing materials as needed. • Rotate products on shelves and in backrooms to ensure quality and freshness. • Keep relevant information up to date in the field sales data collection software. • Ensure effective and cost-efficient territory management and customer coverage. • Plan and organize routes according to the company’s visit coverage model. • Inform the Regional Sales Manager of competitive activity in the territory. • Maintain an adequate inventory of merchandising and point-of-sale materials. • Follow company procedures for processing credits and checks.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma. • Ability to lift heavy cases, up to a maximum of 50 pounds. • Ability to drive approximately 100 km per day while making sales calls. • Ability to perform repetitive movements, including getting in and out of a vehicle, bending, leaning, stretching, pushing, pulling, and gripping. • Ability to use hand tools such as an X-Acto-style knife, pliers, wrenches, and screwdrivers to assemble displays. • Sales experience preferred. • Ability to obtain the level of automobile insurance coverage required by the company. • Valid driver’s license.
