📋 Description

• Sell, distribute and merchandise Mars Snacking products at retail outlets across all channels in the assigned territory • Sell in and maintain distribution of assigned products • Present display programs to customers and suggest orders • Present and sell booking sheets to stores • Ensure listed products are stocked and properly displayed with store price tags • Replenish display fixtures, including Mars Snacking racks • Work with customers to secure secondary space for building displays • Apply POS or other marketing materials where applicable • Rotate products on shelves and in backrooms to ensure quality and freshness • Maintain customer information, survey records and tracking data in field sales data collection software • Manage territory coverage efficiently and effectively • Plan and organize route schedules according to the company call coverage model • Keep the DSM up to date regarding territory activity • Maintain adequate stock of merchandising supplies and POS materials • Follow company procedures for processing credits and cheques • Attend occasional team, regional and national sales meetings

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma is a minimum requirement • Ability to lift product up to 50 pounds • Ability to drive approximately 100 km daily while making sales calls • Ability to sustain repeated movement, including in and out of car movement, bending, leaning, reaching, pushing, pulling and grasping motions • Sales experience would be an asset • Ability to secure the level of vehicle insurance coverage determined by Mars Canada Inc. • Valid Canadian driver’s license
