• Establish enterprise risk management framework • Lead regulatory risk oversight • Develop risk appetite frameworks • Conduct enterprise risk assessments • Provide board‑level risk reporting
🎯 Requirements
• 12+ years risk leadership experience in banking or fintech • Experience interacting with regulators and board committees • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management or Business • FRM, PRM preferred

• $250,000 – $380,000 base salary + bonus + equity
