📋 Description

• Own end-to-end organic social strategy and execution for MasterClass, from campaign kickoff and content development through launch, publishing, and optimization • Develop and manage social content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, tailoring creative and storytelling to each platform and audience • Partner with Creative, Marketing, GTM, and other cross-functional teams on social concepts and campaign execution • Use social performance data and audience insights to refine content, formats, and channel strategy • Communicate learnings and recommendations to stakeholders • Contribute to evergreen and ad-hoc MasterClass social initiatives • Develop AI-enabled frameworks and workflows to improve social creativity, effectiveness, and efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years owning organic social for a recognized brand • Proven experience building and growing engaged audiences • Deep expertise across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, particularly LinkedIn and content for professional audiences • Comfortable with both strategy and hands-on execution • Data-driven use of social performance and audience insights • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments • Close familiarity with internet culture and trends, and ability to translate them into relevant, brand-appropriate content • Role open to applicants based in AZ, CA, CT, FL, GA, IL, MA, MI, NH, NJ, NY, NC, OH, PA, TN, TX, UT, WA, Ontario, or British Columbia, Canada
