📋 Description

• Win new customers through compelling presentations and product demonstrations. • Deliver proof-of-concept implementations that show measurable value. • Define and document solution requirements to ensure smooth handover to delivery and successful implementation. • Equip resellers and partners with technical expertise for successful engagements. • Collaborate with integrators to ensure customer success and growth. • Design and present enterprise solution architectures. • Guide technical vision and strategy throughout the sales process. • Contribute to RFI/RFP responses and proposals. • Stay ahead of product updates, industry trends, and competition. • Introduce new innovations through impactful demos and proof-of-concepts. • Share field insights with Product Management to shape future solutions. • Represent Matrix42 at events as a technical ambassador.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Presales, Solution Engineering, Consulting, or Technical Sales. • Expertise in Service Management (ITSM and ESM) and/or Identity Access Management (IAM/IGA). • Solid understanding of Cloud Computing, IT Operations, Automation, and Hybrid environments. • Native Finnish speaker and fluent in English, with excellent communication and presentation skills. • Team-oriented, reliable, and hands-on approach. • Willingness to travel as needed.
