📋 Description

• Provide virtual care and support to adult members through 20-minute video consultations and asynchronous messaging • Guide members on weight management, including weight loss, weight gain, and GLP-1 medication support • Provide prenatal, postpartum, and fertility nutrition guidance • Support members with gestational diabetes, nausea, low appetite, food-tolerance reintroduction, and PCOS-related nutrition and metabolic needs • Capture encounter summary documentation in the MPractice practice management system • Collaborate with Maven’s Care Delivery team on member needs, including in-person referrals and follow-ups • Serve as an ambassador of Maven’s care model by providing culturally humble, evidence-based care

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a Registered Dietitian (RD) in Canada and registered with the applicable provincial or territorial regulatory body • Must be residing in Canada • Must be fluent in French and English • Ability to provide direct member care for approximately 5 hours per week • Must have experience providing 1:1 nutrition counseling in a private practice setting • Must have 2+ years of prior experience in telehealth and be comfortable providing care through a digital health platform • Strong interest or experience in women’s health or reproductive nutrition strongly preferred
