📋 Description

• Provide expertise in process analysis, organizational assessment, governance, and operational improvement • Assess current workflows, roles, decision authorities, organizational interfaces, and governance structures supporting Court Security Officers and security systems operations • Identify inefficiencies, gaps, unclear responsibilities, and opportunities for standardization or modernization • Develop current- and future-state process models • Evaluate organizational and governance alternatives • Define practical improvements to accountability, coordination, and decision making • Work with security, workforce, and analytical SMEs to align recommendations with operational requirements, stakeholder dependencies, and implementation constraints

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen • Must undergo and pass a background investigation • Bachelor's Degree • Minimum ten (10) years of experience in process analysis, organizational assessment, governance evaluation, and operational improvement within complex organizational environments • Proven ability to assess workflows, roles, decision authorities, organizational interfaces, and governance structures • Strong background in developing current-state and future-state process models • Experience evaluating organizational and governance alternatives • Experience collaborating with security, workforce, and analytical subject matter experts • Ability to produce clear, actionable, and sustainable recommendations • Previous Federal Court protection experience preferred • Previous State or County Court protection experience preferred
