📋 Description

• Facilitate the implementation and support of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management modules, including Procurement & Sourcing, Sales & Marketing, and Inventory Management • Conduct in-depth discussions with clients to understand warehouse management processes, identify pain points, and gather business requirements • Design and document functional specifications for warehouse operations within Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management • Configure and customize the Dynamics 365 warehouse management module, including warehouse locations, reservation hierarchy, wave, work, location directives, mobile devices, and labels • Plan and execute data migration strategies for warehouse data • Develop and execute functional test cases • Train business process owners on Dynamics 365 warehouse management functionality • Assist clients with operations, go-live activities, troubleshooting, and post-implementation support • Conduct gap analyses and understand customer business requirements • Produce Functional Design Documents when extensions are necessary • Communicate effectively internally and externally • Implement practical business solutions using industry best practices as Supply Chain lead • Lead modeling and process area showcase sessions • Coach or mentor junior consultants • Consult on Dynamics 365 ERP implementation, upgrade, and extension engagements • Improve operational metrics, develop business cases, and measure performance • Provide functional knowledge and manage client relationships • Travel up to 50%

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years Dynamics 365 (AX) Supply Chain Management experience or equivalent industry work • Minimum of 2 full years staffed on Dynamics 365 (AX) implementations • Certification in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (MB-330), or attainment of certification within first 90 days of employment • Working knowledge of industry specific best practices • Strong customer relationship skills • Excellent communication, planning and organization skills • Ability to establish priorities and work independently • Ability to travel up to 50% • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience • Fluent in English • Valid Driver’s License • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX2009 or AX2012 a plus • Exposure to Advanced Warehousing, finance, or production D365 modules • Comfortable presenting via Microsoft Teams/Zoom/WebEx • Azure DevOps & Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services experience
