📋 Description

• Develop detailed SIT scenarios, test conditions, and execution scripts aligned with user stories and call center requirements • Co-create comprehensive E2E test scenarios with functional leads and business analysts • Execute Salesforce functional, integration, and user-interface test scripts • Manage and log test cases, execution results, and defects in Copado • Document and re-test defect fixes with the development team before release deployments • Provide test execution summaries and coverage metrics to support deployment readiness

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of dedicated QA/testing experience on IT consulting projects • Direct experience testing Salesforce applications • Proven track record of creating, managing, and executing System Integration Testing (SIT) and End-to-End (E2E) testing scenarios • Familiarity with Service Cloud concepts, including case management, call center/telephony integration, and agent UI, strongly preferred • Hands-on experience using Copado to track, document, and execute test artifacts embedded within the Salesforce deployment lifecycle
