📋 Description
• Responsible for lifecycle management of subaward agreements with participating healthcare organizations. • Draft grant/subaward agreements • Manage contract execution • Monitor and approve deliverables • Review and approve amendments • Coordinate renewals • Track milestones • Resolve contractual issues • Maintain documentation • Ensure compliance • Coordinate contract closeout
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree • 5+ years of contract management experience • Federal grants experience • Knowledge of procurement regulations
