📋 Description

• Support day-to-day financial management of client media investments across television, radio, out-of-home, digital, and other media channels • Serve as a finance liaison between Media, Client Finance, and Agency Accounting teams • Prepare accurate client media billing • Reconcile vendor invoices and facilitate vendor invoice payments • Maintain budget-versus-actual reporting • Track unbilled media costs for month-end accruals • Serve as a finance contact for Media Planning and Buying teams • Manage accounts payable for vendor-invoice processing and discrepancy resolution • Participate in recurring account financial meetings and provide financial updates • Escalate budget risks, billing delays, unreconciled balances, and process-control issues • Support internal, client, and external audit requests • Prepare recurring budget-versus-actual reports for Media and Finance leadership • Reconcile vendor invoices against executed media activity • Research quantity, timing, coding, and delivery discrepancies with media buyers and vendors • Track vendor credits, make goods, invoice revisions, billing adjustments, and disputed amounts through resolution • Coordinate billing approvals with Media Planning and Buying teams • Prepare client media billing according to approved media plans, authorizations, billing schedules, and contractual requirements • Validate billing amounts against approved budgets, media orders, and campaign periods • Respond to questions regarding media invoices, billing status, and supporting documentation • Maintain a detailed billing calendar and tracker • Identify and escalate billing delays, missing approvals, and insufficient documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Mediaocean platforms, including Prisma, is ideal but not required • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets • Legal authorization to work in the United States • Must indicate whether future visa sponsorship will be required
