📋 Description

• Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, or chat • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally • Provide product and service information clearly and accurately • Record customer interactions and feedback in the system • Collaborate with team members • Participate in virtual training sessions • Provide exceptional customer support remotely from home

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older • High school diploma or equivalent required • Previous experience in a contact center or customer service role is preferred • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Stable internet connection and a quiet home office setup • Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based • Must be willing to submit to a Level II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint • Must be willing to submit to drug screening; does not apply in Canada • Must complete a full application, screening questions, and a brief pre-employment test
