📋 Description

• Receive and respond to inbound customer calls • Assist with inquiries, complaints, and service requests • Provide clear and accurate information about products and services • Log all customer interactions in the system • Follow company protocols and escalate issues when necessary • Operate a computer, telephone headset, and other office equipment • Sit or stand for long periods while performing computer and telephone duties • Occasionally move objects or exert force up to 40 pounds

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older • High school diploma or equivalent required • Previous outbound sales or call center experience preferred • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office setup • Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based • Must be willing to submit to a Level II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint • Must be willing to submit to drug screening; does not apply in Canada • Must complete a full application including screening questions and a brief pre-employment test
