📋 Description

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers • Present and promote products or services effectively • Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions • Close sales and achieve performance targets • Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions • Work from home as part of the virtual sales team

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older • High school diploma or equivalent required • Previous outbound sales or call center experience preferred • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Self-motivated and results oriented • Ability to work independently in a remote setting • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace • Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based • Must be willing to submit to a Level II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint • Must be willing to submit to drug screening; does not apply in Canada • Must complete a full application, screening questions, and a brief pre-employment test
