• Coordinate and schedule patient infusion/injection appointments based on referrals and medical directives • Contact patients to book appointments and confirm scheduling details within defined timelines • Liaise with pharmacies to confirm medication availability prior to booking • Coordinate nurse schedules and ensure appropriate clinical staffing for treatments • Maintain accurate patient records and update scheduling systems • Manage inbound/outbound calls and emails, meeting service KPIs • Send communications (e.g., welcome emails, appointment confirmations) to patients • Monitor referrals, follow up on outstanding medication deliveries, and ensure readiness for appointments • Handle rescheduling, no-shows, and appointment changes efficiently • Collaborate with internal teams and external healthcare partners to ensure seamless patient care delivery • Participate in on-call rotation and extended shifts as required
• Post-secondary diploma or degree in administration, healthcare, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience • Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume environment • Experience coordinating clients, patients, or scheduling services • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Computer proficiency (MS Office and scheduling systems) • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
