📋 Description

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and supporting schedules • Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations • Ensure financial transactions are recorded accurately according to GAAP and company policies • Analyze financial data and account activity to identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities • Support month-end and year-end close activities • Support budgeting and forecasting through data gathering, analysis, and reporting • Perform variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance • Partner with department leaders on financial decision-making • Develop reporting tools and metrics to improve visibility into business performance • Use NetSuite for accounting operations, financial reporting, and data integrity • Improve accounting processes, workflows, and internal controls • Participate in system enhancements, implementations, and optimization initiatives • Support process standardization and scalability • Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation, schedules, and responding to inquiries • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements • Support documentation of accounting procedures and financial processes • Partner with operational, case management, and leadership teams on financial workflows and reporting • Assist with accounting and financial integration activities related to acquisitions and organizational growth • Provide financial information and accounting guidance across the organization • Report to the Controller

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • Minimum of 3 years of progressive accounting experience • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger accounting • Hands-on experience with NetSuite required • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • CPA certification or active pursuit of CPA designation is nice to have • Experience in healthcare, medical-legal, or professional services organizations is nice to have • Experience supporting process improvement initiatives and system implementations is nice to have • Experience integrating newly acquired entities in a private equity-backed environment is nice to have • Familiarity with multi-entity accounting and financial consolidation processes is nice to have • Valid work authorization for the country in which the applicant is applying • No sponsorship assistance available
