📋 Description

• Lead accounting and financial activities for Medaptus Solutions Inc. • Manage month-end and quarter-end close processes. • Review and analyze financial and management reporting. • Ensure compliance with corporate standards and processes. • Lead budgeting and financial planning. • Oversee financial operations, including invoicing and accounts receivable/payable. • Review complex software-contract revenue recognition under IFRS 15, including WIP schedules. • Review account reconciliations, analyze results, and prepare monthly and quarterly senior-management reporting. • Support monthly forecasting with business and operational leaders. • Provide business analysis and support to business and operational leaders. • Manage, coach, and mentor a team of finance professionals. • Maintain internal controls and identify risks and mitigation controls. • Improve and standardize finance processes. • Prepare audit requests and respond to audit-review queries. • Deliver special projects and ad hoc reports, including due diligence and acquisition integration.

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting designation; CPA preferred. • 3–5 years of finance and accounting experience. • Experience in a technology-based environment is an asset. • Advanced knowledge of Excel required. • Excellent analytical and communication skills. • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and applications under IFRS. • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Great Plains, and BPC consolidation software is an asset. • Attention to detail and effective time management to meet timelines. • Self-driven and motivated.
