• Resolve service inquiries for claims, enrollment, billing, pharmacy • Interpret contracts and explain benefits • Work telephonically to assist members • Utilize service recovery process for complex situations
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent • 2+ years of customer service experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to deliver high quality service • Advanced ability to multi task and manage time efficiently • Ability to identify process improvements
