• Partner with field sales and clinical teams as a resource in assigned markets • Execute sales activities and support expansion and growth within the Sedation Management business • Lead or assist with in-service activities for disposables and/or hardware • Install necessary equipment/hardware and perform functional and safety tests • Conduct product introductions and demonstrations for staff and clinicians • Drive expansion of Acute Care and Monitoring products within the territory • Coordinate with sales representatives and internal stakeholders • Focus on customer satisfaction and increased utilization • Support conversions and sales efforts outside the assigned region as needed • Perform inventory balancing at site and/or warehouse level • Manage individual quota responsibility • Travel 75% across a multi-state region, with significant overnight travel and non-traditional hours
• High School diploma or equivalent with at least 4 years of relevant experience, or Associate’s degree with 2 years, or Bachelor’s degree with 0 years • Relevant experience in sales, clinical, or related work in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences • Must live or be able to relocate within 50 miles of the territory • Valid driver's license • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment • Minimum of 1–3 years’ previous field sales experience preferred • Prior medical device, business-to-business, or pharmaceutical sales experience highly preferred • Knowledge of sales techniques • Introductory knowledge of company products and services • Understanding of vendor, distributor, and hospital supply chain management • Willingness to travel to support conversions for extended periods • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities • Effective persuasion skills • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
