• Provide technical, educational, operational, and sales support to meet Cardiac Rhythm Management sales and customer service objectives • Complete CRM Field Technical Training, including online and field-based training • Perform checks/interrogations of CRM medical device systems after sign-off • Support implants of CRM products after sign-off • Provide on-call support on evenings and weekends after sign-off • Provide troubleshooting support • Complete patient registration and required hospital documentation • Manage consignment and trunk inventory once obtained • Provide additional inventory support • Maintain programmer software throughout the district • Assist with daily coverage logistics • Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on trained products and solutions • Assist in training new Clinical Specialists and Sales Representatives after sign-off • Partner with DSM, Sales Representatives, and DM to understand market dynamics and customer needs • Assist with obtaining customer purchase orders • Identify customer needs and opportunities and provide feedback to Sales Representatives • Stay current on new products, solutions, and patient management offerings • Complete assigned training on time • Remain within the assigned territory each day to respond to unscheduled needs
• High School Diploma plus a minimum 6 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales, or work experience utilizing complex mathematics, mechanical concepts, science or computing; OR Associate’s Degree plus a minimum 4 years of such work experience; OR Bachelor’s Degree plus a minimum 2 years of such work experience • Must reside within the assigned territory of Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey • Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at time of hire and for duration of employment • Ability to meet vendor credentialing requirements • Frequent travel to customer clinics, hospitals, and offsite meetings • Ability to drive approximately 80% of the time within assigned territory • Ability to work weekends and holidays as determined by local management • Ability to provide weeknight call coverage when required • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. frequently with both hands • Ability to sit, stand, and/or walk for up to eight-plus hours per day • Ability to wear 7–9 lbs. of lead for extended periods in the O.R. • Ability to use a mobile phone, PC, keyboard, and mouse effectively • Ability to meet physical demands including bending, stooping, squatting, balancing, and frequent hand use • Required close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus • For baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
