📋 Description

• Provide technical, educational, operational and sales support to assist the district in meeting Cardiac Rhythm Management sales and customer service objectives • Complete CRM Field Technical Training, including online and field-based training • Perform checks/interrogations of CRM medical device systems post sign-off • Support implants of CRM products post sign-off • Provide on-call support as needed on evenings and weekends post sign-off • Provide troubleshooting support • Complete patient registration and required hospital documentation • Manage consignment and trunk inventory once obtained • Maintain programmer software throughout the district • Assist with daily coverage logistics • Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on trained products or solutions • Assist with training new Clinical Specialists and Sales Representatives post sign-off • Partner with DSM, Sales Representatives and DM to understand market dynamics and customer needs • Assist with obtaining customer POs • Identify customer needs and opportunities and provide feedback to Sales Representatives • Stay current on new products, solutions and patient management offerings • Complete assigned training in a timely manner • Remain within the assigned territory each day and drive to multiple accounts throughout Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma PLUS a minimum 6 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales or work experience utilizing complex mathematics, mechanical concepts, science or computing -OR- • Associate’s Degree PLUS a minimum 4 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales or work experience utilizing complex mathematics, mechanical concepts, science or computing -OR- • Bachelor’s Degree PLUS a minimum 2 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales, or work experience utilizing complex mathematics, mechanical concepts, science or computing • Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry • Expertise with Microsoft tools and other applications (i.e., SalesForce.com) • Ability to meet vendor credentialing requirements • Frequent required travel to customer clinics, hospitals, and offsite meetings • Must be able to drive approximately 80% of the time within assigned territory • Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy • Minimum travel of 10% • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs., sit, stand and/or walk for eight plus hours per day, wear 7-9 lbs. of lead for extended periods, and work around infectious disease and radiation
