• Develop and execute Pelvic Health physician, KOL, faculty, fellowship, and professional society engagement strategy • Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with established and emerging KOLs and physician leaders • Lead faculty strategy, including physician faculty identification, development, engagement, and deployment • Build strategic relationships with professional societies and develop partnership plans advancing education, awareness, advocacy, access, and treatment • Develop relationships with fellowship program directors and academic institutions to build a future clinical leadership pipeline • Develop innovative partnerships and programs supporting Pelvic Health priorities and patient access • Lead complex partnership discussions and negotiations • Collaborate with Medical Education, Marketing, Commercial, Clinical, Medical Affairs, Health Economics/Reimbursement, Legal, Compliance, and other functions • Provide leadership with insights into physician, society, academic, and competitive landscapes • Establish success measures, evaluate impact, and refine engagement investments and programs • Ensure engagements comply with Medtronic policies, regulations, Legal, and Compliance requirements • Lead a team focused on resident and fellow engagement, society partnerships, and KOL/faculty management • Support Medtronic's patient-first mission through cross-functional collaboration
• Bachelor's Degree • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with 7+ years of people or program managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with 7+ years of people or program managerial experience • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required at the time of hire and for the duration of employment for roles below Principal level • For baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required • Significant experience building and managing relationships with physicians, KOLs, professional societies, academic institutions, and senior external stakeholders • Demonstrated success developing and executing strategic programs and partnerships with measurable impact • Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives in highly matrixed organizations • Experience leading external negotiations and managing physician, society, or healthcare partnerships • Experience leading teams, setting strategic direction, developing talent, and driving accountability • Experience within Pelvic Health, Urology, Urogynecology, Colorectal, Women's Health, Neuromodulation, or another procedure-based medical device specialty • Experience developing KOL, faculty, and physician engagement strategies • Experience working with national professional societies, academic institutions, fellowship programs, and emerging physician leaders • Experience supporting new therapy introduction, market development, or significant changes in clinical practice • Strong understanding of healthcare compliance requirements governing physician and professional society engagement • Ability to travel up to 50-60% of time
