📋 Description

• Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and CAS products • Educate physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on technical matters related to CAS products and procedures • Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures • Support national, regional, and territory sales objectives to achieve or exceed sales goals • Develop and cultivate customer relationships resulting in incremental business • Partner with Account Manager, Regional Manager, and Area Directors to identify sales opportunities • Collaborate with the local sales team to conduct customer training for mapping and other Cardiac Ablation Solutions products • Collaborate and communicate with regional sales and clinical teams • Represent Medtronic CAS products, service, and support to physicians and support staff • Serve as a regional champion for mapping technology proficiency • Reside within the assigned territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region • Travel outside the assigned territory and possibly overnight when required

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma plus minimum 8 years of healthcare work experience in an EP or Cath Lab setting, or cardiac-field sales • Associate degree plus minimum 6 years of relevant healthcare or cardiac-field sales experience • Bachelor degree plus minimum 4 years of relevant healthcare or cardiac-field sales experience • Preferred: B.A./B.S. degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with minimum four years of cardiac-field, hospital/clinic, or sales experience • Proven track record with technical training assignments • Experience in cardiac catheter ablation, an EP lab, hospital/clinic, or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support • Must reside within the assigned territory and be available there each day for unscheduled needs • Must travel outside the assigned territory and possibly overnight • Ability to drive approximately 25–50% of the time within the assigned territory • Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy required • Driving record will be reviewed as part of the application • Ability to move throughout facilities and use a phone, keyboard, mouse, and personal computers • Must be able to stand, sit, and walk for 8 hours a day • Environmental exposure to infectious disease and radiation • Baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States must satisfy 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required at hire and throughout employment for roles below Principal level
