📋 Description

• Implement and pilot organizational strategy aligned with broader launch and therapy objectives • Lead clinical data and program planning discussions with administrators and physician stakeholders • Identify key stakeholders and create partnerships with Interventional Cardiologists, hypertension specialists, nursing, pharmacy, and hospital executives • Build awareness and develop programs to champion hypertension care • Understand customer needs and recommend approved hypertension and customer program initiatives • Use RDN customer relationship management software to input and track activity for quarterly productivity reporting • Oversee and manage pilot and therapy awareness activities within the local budget • Collaborate with local sales, clinical counterparts, and field-based reimbursement specialists to deliver customer solutions • Develop understanding of hypertension awareness initiatives and customer programs to align materials, programs, data, and resources • Partner with sales teams, sales leadership, and marketing on customer expansion strategies and opportunities to reach new physicians • Support a collaborative, customer-oriented, ethical, and execution-focused team culture • Participate in targeted association and society events • Maintain compliance, administrative, and expense requirements under Medtronic guidelines • Travel to multiple accounts throughout the region

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree plus 4+ years of experience in marketing, program or market development work, sales, or sales support role -OR- 2 years with Advanced Degree • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time • Candidate must reside within the territory and be based in Texas • Valid driver's license • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment • MBA or Master's in Business, Hospital Administration, Nursing, or Life Science • Healthcare marketing or consultative selling experience in medical devices or pharmaceuticals • Experience working in the CV suite of a hospital, such as Cath Lab, CV program coordinator, or CV program leadership • Experience developing a new market, including implementation of key tactics, execution, and performance tracking • Bilingual in English and Spanish • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required • Ability to meet the physical requirements and perform essential functions of the role
