📋 Description

• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans tailored for Central and Eastern Europe to support product launches, market development, and portfolio growth • Collaborate with global, regional, and local marketing, sales, and clinical teams to ensure messaging alignment across the region • Identify regional market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to inform strategy and tactical plans • Create and manage marketing collateral, sales tools, digital content, and educational materials highlighting capital equipment such as StealthAxis™, O-arm, Stealth Autoguide, and Visualase • Support development of internal AI tools, customer-facing presentations, case studies, and testimonials • Participate in cross-functional launch teams to ensure successful commercialization of new products and features • Gather and analyze regional market intelligence, providing regular reports and insights to leadership and stakeholders • Ensure all marketing materials and activities comply with regulatory requirements and Medtronic’s quality standards • Support marketing initiatives, customer events, and market development across Central and Eastern Europe

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably working with capital equiment in healthcare or life sciences • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills • Ability to thrive in a matrixed, cross-functional, and multicultural environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools • Experience with surgical or enabling technologies in neurosurgery or orthopedic surgery is desirable • Advanced degree in business, engineering, or healthcare-related discipline is desirable • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance messaging is desirable • Experience in a regional marketing role is desirable • Up to 50% travel required
