• Grow sales and market share for an assigned territory by promoting, selling, and servicing Vascular products • Develop new accounts and drive adoption of DCB, Atherectomy, and the full peripheral vascular product portfolio for PAD • Manage territory organization, planning, administration, expenses, and compliance • Train medical staff on products and procedures • Achieve assigned performance objectives and business goals • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for revenue, market share, and account development • Expand existing and prospective accounts through the full product portfolio • Build relationships with physicians, administrators, and healthcare stakeholders through consultative selling and clinical discussions • Influence and close opportunities through value-based selling, contract optimization, objection handling, and cross-functional partnerships • Generate leads, uncover new business, represent Medtronic at conferences and customer events, and differentiate solutions from competitors • Partner with physicians and care teams to plan procedures, manage case expectations, provide clinical support, and optimize patient outcomes • Manage account coverage, market intelligence, expenses, and financial, regulatory, quality, and compliance standards • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and maintain expertise in products, reimbursement, clinical applications, and industry trends • Perform duties involving extended sitting, standing, and walking up to 8 hours daily • Operate safely in clinical environments involving personal protective equipment and possible exposure to infectious diseases or radiation • Perform other duties as assigned
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 10+ years of relevant experience, or associate's degree and 8+ years, or Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years • Relevant experience in sales, clinical, or related roles within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences • Candidates must reside within the assigned territory • Valid driver's license • Active auto insurance • Driving record that meets company standards • Ability to work standard business hours, with additional evenings, weekends, and travel as needed • 6+ years B2B or Healthcare Sales preferred, including 4 years selling medical devices or medical capital equipment • Knowledge and experience operating room, hospital, and physician office protocol/conduct preferred • Ability to teach and educate medical personnel, peers, and technical support personnel preferred • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at hire and throughout employment, unless eligible for Principal-level sponsorship
