📋 Description

• Source candidates using the ADP Workforce Applicant Tracking System and other job boards/sources to achieve a target of 10 hires per month • Open and close requisitions; generate correspondence and offer letters; record candidate interviews, screenings, and notes; and ensure proper applicant disposition • Proactively source candidates through multiple channels • Execute the employment offer process, including salary ranges, incentives, and start dates, in collaboration with HR partners and hiring managers • Monitor and execute recruiting standard operating practices • Comply with company policies and applicable state and federal regulations • Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring criteria consistent with job descriptions • Maintain records and statistics and prepare reports as needed • Assist with reporting requirements • Generate and submit weekly talent acquisition updates and reports • Communicate with HR to align hiring needs and organizational goals • Promote MedZed’s reputation as a “best place to work” • Advise candidates on MedZed’s benefits, salary, and company culture • Manage candidate pools to keep qualified candidates engaged for current or future opportunities • Perform other duties as assigned • Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to support MedZed’s growth and hiring initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition/Human Resources • High school diploma required • Experience in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and HRIS systems preferred • Bilingual in Spanish preferred • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 • Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams • Comfortable traveling to community networking/recruiting events • Effective communication and organizational skills • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Ability to perform prolonged stationary, desk-based computer tasks • Ability to operate a computer, keyboard, calculator, copy machine, and printer • Ability to occasionally move within the office/remote workspace and lift objects up to 10 pounds • Clarity of vision at approximately 20 inches or less • Ability to comply with applicable state and federal regulations
