• Develop business growth through technical product expertise. • To include cold calls, potential and existing customer visits, • Follow-up on product demonstrations. • After completion of the sale, follow-up with the customer. • Respond promptly to technical issues brought by the customer and technical support. • Follow-up with technical support to close out the issue information for future reference. • Quarterly reports on sales territory and customer pipeline. • Other duties as assigned. • Ensure to communicate proper technical field application in order to support sales and create easy to understand trainings programs for after sales support.
• 5+ years related work experience (sales experience) in a manufacturing environment. • Preferred water industry experience. • Strong computer software application skills, data analysis and results presentation skills. • Demonstrated experience (will be trained accordingly) with the installation of ultrasonic flowmeters, pressure data loggers and hydrophones as well as other acoustic pin-pointing tools. • Excellent oral and written communication skills, professional phone communication skills. • Demonstrated aptitude for attention to detail and thorough follow-through.
