• Coordinate and implement communications plans for the dissemination of reports, announcements, events, and other relevant activities. • Ensure timely upload of new material to menengage.org. • Publish a global newsletter every 2 weeks. • Develop and post social media content across channels. • Coordinate the Global Communications Working Group. • Mobilise members for joint campaigns and activities. • Leverage digital storytelling and amplify powerful stories from the network.
• 5 years+ of experience in communications within the non-profit or social justice sector. • Strong grasp of intersectional feminism and the ‘men and masculinities' field. • Passion for social media impact in the ‘men and masculinities’ space. • Sharp and creative eye for graphic design and visual content. • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in graphic design (Canva/Adobe Creative Suite), video editing, and the management of CMS and CRM/Email marketing platforms.
