• Manage client relationships • Own the creation, review, and issuance of flawless and timely monthly financials for 20-40 clients • Manage and train the preparer team for bullet-proof financials and strong client margins • Communicate with clients via Slack and Email, answering questions and obtaining information for closes • Clean and set up new sets of books for newly signed clients • Improve how work gets done through systems thinking and process ownership
🎯 Requirements
• 3-5 years of accounting experience • Strong understanding of month-end close and financial reporting • Experience reviewing the work of others (bookkeepers or junior accountants) • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously • Clear communicator, comfortable working directly with founders
