📋 Description

• Author original, challenging multiple-choice questions testing deep conceptual understanding • Ensure questions are unambiguous, self-contained, and precisely defined • Rate each question's difficulty as Medium, Hard, or Expert • Provide 1 correct answer and 9 plausible but subtly incorrect alternatives • Write step-by-step solutions in markdown format • Supply 1–5 academic references per question • Review pre-written questions for accuracy, clarity, and rigor • Flag issues with clarity, completeness, precision, or solvability • Edit questions where needed and document changes made • Work on projects training and enhancing AI systems with human business expertise

🎯 Requirements

• PhD, DBA, or doctoral candidate in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a closely related field • MBA or Master's degree considered for candidates with exceptional depth in a specific subdomain • Strong command of graduate-level business strategy, organizational theory, and quantitative methods • Industry leadership experience or research publications in business fields is a strong plus • Excellent written English and ability to express complex ideas clearly and concisely • Expected commitment of 10+ hours/week • Independent contractor status • Unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates at this time • Ability to author and verify rigorous multiple-choice questions across business domains • Ability to provide academic references from reputable sources
