🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum) • At least 2+ years of professional experience in a relevant domain • Experience in customer support, service delivery, or customer success roles • Strong analytical and written communication skills • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Strong document analysis and review skills • Attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines • Based in the United States, Europe, UK or Canada • Must not require H1-B or STEM OPT support
