📋 Description

• Compare AI-generated songs head-to-head on musicality, creativity, prompt adherence, vocal quality, and production/mix quality • Label songs by genre, structure, instruments, vocals, and other musical characteristics • Review AI-generated lyrics and vocals against reference material for quality and accuracy • Evaluate generative music AI models in partnership with a leading AI lab • Work in Bengali and English on projects focused on training and enhancing AI systems • Complete application and onboarding steps, including the Bilingual Competency Interview in Bengali

🎯 Requirements

• Native or near-native proficiency in Bengali • Ability to follow detailed written instructions in English • 2+ years of experience as a music producer, audio engineer, or mixing engineer • Headphones or studio monitors suitable for critical listening • Independent contractor engagement • Must be able to work remotely on a flexible schedule • H-1B and STEM OPT candidates are not supported • Nice to have: formal training in music performance, theory, or composition • Nice to have: credited or commercially released production, engineering, or mixing work • Nice to have: broad familiarity with contemporary Bengali genres, sub-genres, and artists
