📋 Description
• Supervise Medicare/Medicaid cost reporting and audit support to maximize governmental reimbursement • Coordinate monthly calculation and analysis of revenue deductions and accounts receivable reserves • Coordinate various projects as deemed necessary by the Director, Reimbursement
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree of Science in business, accounting, or finance • 5 years of progressive development within a healthcare environment • Experience managing staff • Effective communication skills with peers and upper management • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs • Understanding of Medicare/Medicaid regulations • Understanding of the net revenue month-end closing process • No licensure required
