• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Talent Development, Business Administration, or related field. • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, or Learning & Development. • Proven experience designing and executing onboarding and engagement programs in a fast-paced or high-growth environment. • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities. • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems (e.g. LMS, HRMS, and survey tools). • Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics and feedback to drive program improvement. • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or operationally complex environments preferred.
