📋 Description

• Develop and implement training programs that cater to a wide range of skill levels, focusing on the foundational aspects of machine learning and AI for beginners, as well as advanced topics for more experienced learners. • Conduct engaging and inclusive training sessions, workshops, and webinars, ensuring content is accessible and resonates with a diverse, non-technical audience. • Create a variety of learning materials, including presentations, case studies, hands-on coding labs, interactive exercises, and assignments tailored to individual learning needs. • Provide personalized feedback and support, focusing on individual participant development and learning outcomes. • Continually update and refine curriculum materials to ensure relevance and cater to the evolving needs of diverse learners. • Collaborate with other trainers and development teams to create an enriching, integrated learning experience. • Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and backgrounds, emphasizing clarity and inclusiveness.

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional communication skills with a talent for engaging diverse, non-technical audiences. • Experience in instructional design, particularly for beginners and non-technical learners in machine learning and AI. • Strong empathy and patience to understand and address individual learning needs. • Experience with digital learning platforms and blended learning approaches. • Proficiency in machine learning, AI technologies, and programming languages like Python or R. • Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in machine learning, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field.
