📋 Description

• Build long-term, high-level relationships with vital data center clients • Act as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor for clients • Drive revenue growth and identify up-sell opportunities • Ensure high client satisfaction and maximize client retention and value • Establish trust with key stakeholders to secure long-term partnerships • Understand client needs and propose solutions that expand account value • Link clients with internal marketing, sales, and support teams • Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and prepare regular account-progress reports • Resolve client issues as the first point of escalation • Hold meetings with external and internal C-level executives

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a national account manager, key account manager, or regional account manager • Experience with colocation or hyperscaler data centers • Experience selling electrical or related engineering services • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field is highly desired • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills • Ability to analyze sales data and track KPIs • Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to manage multiple high-value accounts • Ability to interface effectively with executives • Willingness to travel 50% within the United States
