• Provide advanced support for network maintenance, planning, and implementation across enterprise WAN environments • Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including Cisco ISR, Nexus, Catalyst, ASA, and wireless controllers • Ensure stability and performance of distributed LAN, MAN, and WAN environments • Support connectivity across various last-mile technologies including satellite and network services • Implement and optimize routing, switching, wireless, and firewall configurations • Support deployment and optimization of network monitoring platforms including Cisco Prime, Cisco DNA, ACS, ISE, and LiveAction • Support and maintain network security solutions including Cisco Firepower, Palo Alto, Zscaler, and BlueCoat • Perform advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for network issues • Provide Tier 3 support for escalated incidents across the enterprise • Provide mentorship and guidance to technical staff and regional technicians • Create and maintain technical documentation for network configurations and procedures • Contribute to modernization and optimization of enterprise network environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field considered an asset • Proven experience configuring, deploying, and administering large enterprise network environments • Hands-on experience with Cisco networking hardware including ISR, Nexus, Catalyst, ASA, and wireless platforms • Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills • Experience working in distributed LAN, MAN, and WAN environments • Experience with network monitoring tools such as Cisco Prime, DNA, ISE, and LiveAction • Experience supporting content filtering and security solutions including Zscaler, Palo Alto, and BlueCoat • Ability to work independently and in high-pressure environments • Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience considered an asset.
