📋 Description

• The Field Applications Scientist (FAS) collaborates with sales team members to understand customer requirements and design appropriate technical solutions. • Provide onsite and virtual product demonstrations for instruments and applications, including seminars, workshops, and “lunch and learn” sessions. • Act as the primary field technical support for assigned instrument portfolios, providing onsite installation support and initial end-user training. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, acting as a trusted technical advisor and resource for cellular therapy, flow cytometry, imaging, and related applications.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical field (Biology, Immunology, Biomedical Engineering or related discipline) is required. • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in biological sciences, cellular therapy, flow cytometry, microscopy/spatial biology, or related field. • Hands-on experience with one or more of the following domains is required: cellular therapy/cell and gene therapy, flow cytometry, or microscopy/spatial biology. • Customer-facing experience in field applications, technical support, or comparable roles is strongly preferred. • Experience in clinical or regulated environments is a plus where applicable. • Demonstrated proficiency in laboratory instrumentation, data analysis, and workflow optimization within life science applications.
