📋 Description

• Design, build, and ship customer-facing full-stack features for established and early-stage products • Build and integrate AI-native capabilities, including LLM-powered workflows, AI agents, and intelligent automation • Drive technical execution across prototyping, architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and iteration • Design systems coordinating AI models, tools, and workflows for reliability, latency, scalability, and production correctness • Analyze product behavior, gather customer feedback, and improve AI experiences through experimentation and evaluation • Collaborate with engineering, design, product, sales, customers, and internal stakeholders • Design secure, reliable, scalable products for large enterprise customers and complex IT environments • Gather customer feedback, identify pain points, and translate them into product experiences • Establish and refine development workflows, tooling, and processes to improve engineering velocity • Evaluate technologies, make architectural trade-offs, and contribute to product strategy • Own work from ideation to launch while balancing customer needs, technical excellence, and business objectives

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, ideally building full-stack products in startup or high-growth environments • Strong full-stack engineering skills with experience building production-grade applications and shipping customer-facing products • Experience building or integrating AI-powered products, including AI agents, LLM-based applications, orchestration frameworks, or intelligent workflows • Experience building products for enterprise environments, with understanding of scalability, security, and complex customer requirements • Strong product mindset and ability to work closely with customers and cross-functional teams • Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience across the product development lifecycle, from rapid prototyping to production deployment and iteration • Bonus: experience building AI agents or agentic systems for enterprise applications • Bonus: experience with AI orchestration frameworks and agent execution systems • Bonus: experience designing evaluation, experimentation, or feedback-loop systems for AI-powered products • Bonus: experience at an early-stage startup or as one of the first engineering hires on a new product team • Bonus: experience designing and shipping AI-native user experiences leveraging modern LLM technologies
