📋 Description

• Engage, as part of the extended sales team, to achieve and exceed revenue targets. • Drive sales with technical accounting, finance, and business process expertise, prospect management skills, sales ability, and exceptional customer focus. • Solve prospect objections and challenges through the design and execution of MindBridge demonstrations. • Build and deliver proof of concept demonstrations within the MindBridge sales process. • Bring strong consulting and strategy experience to the MindBridge team through critical thinking and complex solution design. • Strong project management skills with the ability to work on multiple opportunities simultaneously. • Present the MindBridge value proposition to prospects and partners in a relevant and compelling manner. • Assist in the onboarding and training of new hires joining with the Sales Organization. • Be prepared and able to travel and present at customer sites, conferences, and relevant industry events. • Create a culture of success, collaboration, and ongoing business goal achievement team. • Ensure client engagement strategies are aligned with the mission, values, and culture of MindBridge and that they result in employee development and revenue growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of consulting experience spanning management, technology, or ERP systems, with a focus on operational transformation and strategic value creation. • 5+ years experience in a client-facing role as Solution Consultant or Solutions Engineer within a financial SaaS (Software as a Service) organization. • Prior Big 4 or large firm experience preferred. • Experience with AI and machine learning technologies is highly desirable. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Embodies a sales mindset, including relationship building, strategic thinking, and objection handling. • Proven ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into simple, understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders. • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, engineering, or equivalent experience
