📋 Description

• Support the full software development lifecycle for enterprise clients. • Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. • Design and implement complex business processes using Salesforce workflows, Process Builder, and triggers. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. • Perform data migrations and integrations with external systems using Salesforce APIs. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations. • Ensure best practices and coding standards are followed across development activities. • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. • Stay current with the latest Salesforce features and technologies to improve the Salesforce environment. • Modernize and expand Mindex's Salesforce environment for enterprise clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience. • Strong expertise in Apex development. • Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including Flow automation, opportunity management, and case management. • Experience enhancing and supporting existing Salesforce environments, including customizations, integrations, and established business processes. • Ability to work effectively within legacy Salesforce architectures, including older Apex code, workflow rules, and non-standard automation patterns while modernizing solutions without disrupting operations. • Proficiency with Aura, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs. • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and integrations using REST and SOAP APIs. • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States. • Salesforce Developer certification is preferred. • Experience leading, mentoring, and coaching developers is preferred. • Experience with Agentforce is preferred. • Experience balancing declarative (clicks) solutions with custom development is preferred. • Experience reducing technical debt and modernizing legacy Salesforce environments is preferred.
