• The HR Admin will support HR operations by managing employee records, coordinating recruitment efforts, assisting with onboarding, and handling payroll-related tasks. • Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings and scheduling interviews. • Prepare and maintain employee records and HR databases. • Support onboarding and offboarding processes. • Coordinate training schedules and maintain attendance records. • Handle payroll assistance and benefits administration. • Respond to employee inquiries and provide HR-related support. • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
