📋 Description

• Define and evolve the architectural vision for new products, platforms, and technology initiatives • Research emerging technologies, conduct technical evaluations, and drive Proof of Concept initiatives • Design scalable cloud-native, distributed, and hybrid architectures • Establish architectural standards, best practices, and engineering guidelines • Lead the technical design of complex enterprise and high-load systems • Define technology stacks and architectural principles for new solutions • Contribute to innovative solutions leveraging AI/ML, Generative AI, LLM, and intelligent automation • Identify technical risks and define mitigation strategies • Support engineering teams in solving complex technical challenges and making key architectural decisions • Conduct architecture reviews and technical solution assessments • Contribute to technical strategy, product roadmaps, and long-term product evolution • Support technology transformation and product modernization initiatives • Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders on architecture and technology strategy topics • Mentor technical leads and senior engineers • Help shape engineering culture, development processes, and DevOps practices

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in software development, architecture, and evolution of products, platforms, and enterprise solutions • 4+ years in a Software Architect, Enterprise Architect, Engineering Director, or similar architectural role • Strong understanding of modern architectural patterns, software design principles, and distributed systems • Experience defining architectural vision and driving strategic technology decisions • Experience evaluating technologies and architectural approaches based on business goals, scalability, TCO, and long-term sustainability • Experience leading distributed engineering teams and technical initiatives • Experience driving architectural initiatives across products, platforms, or teams • Experience collaborating with engineering, product, and business stakeholders • Experience defining architectural standards and engineering best practices • Experience designing cloud-native, distributed, and scalable systems • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms • Experience architecting highly available, resilient, enterprise-grade solutions • Experience with Kubernetes and container technologies • Experience with microservices, distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and API-first design • Strong hands-on software development background • Experience with CI/CD, automation, and DevOps • Experience with modern programming languages, cloud technologies, and enterprise platforms • End-to-end product and platform delivery • Practical expertise across relevant cloud, container, programming, frontend, data, messaging, DevOps, automation, observability, and monitoring technologies • Nice to have: practical experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, LLM, RAG, or intelligent automation • Nice to have: professional certifications in architecture, cloud platforms, or software engineering
